SPACE
- by The Voice

I’ve missed writing
All these rampant, ramblings of my mind
This arb quips
These things that ravage me
These thoughts that mildly savage
This wilderness I house my soul

I brim and delight
To fall short
At the thought that
In a second
A splitting moment
They will be forever lost
With no hope of retrieval

They float
Carefree and boundless
Bombarding me
With wisdoms and anecdotes
Things full of pure and truth
They bring blinding light
And overwhelming burden

Sometimes I wish
Maybe somewhere
Somehow
Someone will catch something
In this endless space of collective thought
And do more than I
And let them fly
